The technically most interesting part was GDPR-compliant email archiving. In a law firm more hangs on this than in most businesses: correspondence with clients is subject to professional secrecy, while at the same time retention periods apply, and the two have to work together — emails must remain findable and unaltered for years, but must not fall into the wrong hands. Data protection and the duty to provide evidence pull in opposite directions, and the setup has to satisfy both at once.
You do not win work like this through a website, but through trust. A law firm does not let anyone near its mail archives who is not known to them.
