Backups are the kind of work you only appreciate once something breaks.
Ongoing support with a focus on backup services, email configuration and consulting. On top of that, plugin installation and configuration, and technical guidance when choosing developers.
The core of the work is securing data. Backup is the most thankless item on any invoice: you pay month after month for something that ideally is never needed. That is exactly why it is the first thing to be cut — and exactly why I insist on it.
