Sometimes the best service is putting someone in a position to do it themselves.
Consulting around a WordPress website plus IT and email advice with setup. Not a big project, but the kind of job that stands at the beginning of every self-employment: it has to work, and someone has to explain how.
I like doing this kind of work. With sole traders it is decided early whether technology becomes a tool or a permanent annoyance — and that almost always comes down to whether someone explained things to them at the start without jargon.
