Email marketing for unlimitedMUSE

One campaign after another over a long stretch — and a report I can only show here as a reconstruction.

Ongoing email marketing for an online provider: campaign planning, designing the mailings, copywriting and translation between German and English, motion design for the campaign visuals in After Effects, plus template development in Sendgrid, drip-content logic and the project management around it.

The work has a fixed rhythm: summer promotion, Halloween, Black Friday and Cyber Week, New Year’s Eve, Easter — with themed campaigns and livestream announcements in between. Recurring occasions sound like routine, but they are the opposite: the same recipients get the same promotion every year, and if they get the same email, by the third time they stop opening it.

I cannot show the contents of these campaigns here — the provider works in the adult sector, and that does not belong on this website. In the mailing shown, a placeholder stands where the campaign image would be; the framework around it is what matters. Instead, what you see is a dispatch report that I rebuilt in the structure of my real evaluations: key figures per language version, session history with the time of sending, a comparison of open and click rates. Every number in it is invented, and the client and date are deliberately missing. It shows how I evaluate — not what the results were.
