MYEDITHUB website
Support contracts for video editors — a subscription product that needs a website which sells.

MyEditHub is aimed at creative professionals: support and consulting for editors, sold in three tiers — Basic, Professional, Expert — with graded response times from one hour down to fifteen minutes. Plus a blog with specialist articles on editing workflows.
That makes the website not a business card but the sales channel. My work lay accordingly in the technology behind it: WooCommerce for the packages, a payment connection via a payment API, the integration of the Freshdesk ticketing system so that a purchased package lands directly in support, and the blog function for the articles. On top of that, an optimisation of loading times.
Built with PHP and MySQL. The appeal of projects like this is that in the end you cannot see where the work went: buying a package should feel like a single click, even though a shop, a payment provider and a ticketing system have to mesh behind it.
